Retail Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of daily store operations to ensure an efficient, customer-focused environment.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team.
• Drive sales growth while consistently achieving store goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Create a positive, accountable culture focused on teamwork and exceptional service.
• Manage employee scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and operational reporting.
• Deliver a welcoming, engaging, and memorable customer experience.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, daily reconciliation, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Retail Store Management experience (required).
• Proven success meeting, or exceeding sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Experience developing, coaching, and leading successful retail teams.
• Background in specialty retail, beauty, wellness, or luxury retail preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
