Retail Supervisor

We are looking for a driven and organized individual for our Supervisor position to help lead our retail team at Persico Hardware in Ravena,NY. In this role, you will partner with Management to oversee daily operations,manage inventory, and cultivate an excellent customer experience. We will work with you closely and make sure you have all the tools and training at your disposal to build a fulfilling career at Persico Hardware.

Key Responsibilities

· Team Leadership: Supervise and support a small

group of staff, stepping in as the leader on duty when the Store Manager or

Assistant Store Manager are away.

· Customer Service Excellence: Act as a point of

contact for customer feedback, professionally and efficiently handling customer

comments, concerns, and complaints to ensure a positive shopping experience.

· Sales & Merchandising: Help drive sales

goals and ensure visual merchandising standards are met to keep the sales floor

clean, organized, and welcoming.

Qualifications

· Experience working in a hardware store or

similar retail setting is highly preferred, although not required.

· Proven understanding of cash handling and

opening/closing procedures.

· Strong track record in customer service and

managing customer concerns.

· Experience supervising a small group of staff in

a retail environment.

· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift

up to 60 lbs.

Schedule

Starting Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Fridays with the day’s hours discussed at time of hire. Occasional weekends.
