Retail Team Lead

Grace Adventures is a religious organization that makes employment decisions on Bible based beliefs and practices. Because of the nature of our Christian program; Christian belief, character, and practice are essential requirements of employment positions.

SUMMARY OF POSITION: Fulfill the ministry of Grace Adventures and demonstrate the foot washing philosophy by serving guests while maintaining a standard of excellence in the campground store. This person must be friendly and engaging towards guests.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Work with the Retail Supervisor to create a positive working atmosphere in the Retail shop
• Maintain Inventory and report to Retail Supervisor items that need to be reordered
• Restock and reset store daily after each evening closing 
• Assist with display items on walls and/or counters in an attractive way
• Monitor stock in the ice machines and monitor patio cleanliness
• Maintain the store in a clean and neat condition; always be in a ready state
• Maintain neat and professional appearance in compliance with Dunes Harbor’s dress code
• Able to handle money and make change correctly
• Obey all policies and rules
• All other duties as assigned

RESPONSIBLE TO: Dunes Harbor Family Camp Director

REPORTS TO: Retail Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Minimum age: 18
• Have a personal growing relationship with Jesus Christ
• Ability to interact well with people
• Work well alone and with others
• Organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Desires to be part of a team
• Is willing to have a flexible schedule (evenings and weekends)
• Good health and stamina is required to implement campground programming. This will involve long hours and lifting at times.
