Retail Team Member

We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our retail team in New York City. Whether you're after full-time hours or a flexible part-time schedule, we've got shifts to suit you.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be the first face customers see, so a friendly attitude and a passion for great service are a must.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming and assisting customers on the shop floor
• Processing sales, returns, and exchanges at the till
• Keeping the store clean, tidy, and well-stocked
• Supporting visual merchandising and product displays
• Working as part of a team to hit daily targets
• Handling customer queries and resolving issues quickly and professionally

• Strong communication skills
• Reliability and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus — but not essential, full training provided

Hours Available

• Full-Time: 35–40 hours per week
• Part-Time: 15–25 hours per week, including weekends
