Revenue Cycle Analyst – Healthcare | Hybrid

Location: Remote/Hybrid | Approximately 10% Travel
Salary: Up to $75K DOE
Bonus: Up to 10%

Our client is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Analyst to drive revenue optimization, analyze financial performance, and deliver actionable insights for an established specialty healthcare organization.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

• 3–5 years of healthcare revenue cycle analytics experience, including at least 2 years in ophthalmology or retina.

• Strong understanding of billing, reimbursement, claims, denials, and revenue cycle operations.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, including data analysis and executive reporting.

• Analyze financial trends, identify improvement opportunities, and develop performance reports.

• Experience with practice management systems; Nextech or NextGen preferred.

• Experience with Viewgol, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with monday.com and SQL a plus.

• Experience supporting multi-location healthcare organizations preferred.

• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
