Revenue Transaction Coordinator

Rate: $11.00/Hr

What you get to do:
This role is responsible to perform all daily, weekly, and monthly revenue transaction recognition duties, including, but not limited to: inventory, revenue transaction input, filing, inventory report creation, Over/Short reconciliation report creation. You will also:

• Prepare/process daily deposit(s)
• Maintain a safe and neat working environment
• Assist seasonal staff in completing tasks
• Perform cashier duties in park to ensure positive customer flow while audits are completed
• Perform park cashier and SOP audits as needed
• Assist with special projects in the Finance department as needed
• Ensure excellent customer (internal & external) service by responding to customer requirements, expectations and needs
• Occasionally assist other locations and areas throughout the park as needed
• All other duties as assigned

What it takes to succeed:

• Valid Drivers License
• Morning availability, shifts start at 7 AM
• At least 18 years of age
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel applications
• Strong basic math skills using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills
• Able to write effective business correspondence
• Able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to regularly use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, sometimes above head, handle, feel, stoop or kneel
• Able to regularly lift/move up to 10 pounds; frequently lift/move up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift/move up to 40 pounds
• Able to stand, sit and/or kneel for prolonged periods of time
• Able to positively interact with park guests and co-workers of all ages, different ethnic/cultural backgrounds and/or language, and individuals with special needs
