The Loan Opener responsibilities include under general supervision, new application review, data entry, ordering services (FHA Connection, appraisal, title, credit, flood, etc.), fax or email Verification of Employment or Verification of Deposit requests, verification of data integrity in our loan origination software. File preparation and submission to processing staff.  Work loan officers and other operation staff.

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 2+ year mortgage experience including FHA

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to multi-task

• A “Can Do” attitude
