Revit Design - Low Voltage

A special opportunity to work with an established but growing MEP Design firm with a large book of high visibility traditional projects as well as a growing book of business in the data center world. They are looking for low voltage Revit Designers and BIM Designers to support Engineers in the execution of their projects. The Revit Designer/Drafter will work closely with Project Managers, senior designers, engineers, and architects to develop construction documents and information models utilizing REVIT. Primary responsibilities will focus on production, drafting, REVIT modeling, document coordination, and maintaining project documentation throughout all phases of design and construction.

Engineering and design responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, REVIT modeling, CAD documentation, floor plan development, technology room layouts, device layouts, pathway design, riser diagrams, detail development, equipment schedules, and construction document preparation. Responsibilities may also include field investigations, documenting existing conditions, assisting with equipment selection, supporting specification development, and participating in construction administration activities.
