Revit Modeler

Description

The Revit Modeler is responsible for modeling and drafting construction submittals for a variety of product lines including Div 10 Specialties, and Div 12 Casework and Tops.  They will work with a variety of internal teams to create detailed and accurate shop drawings from architectural drawings and cost estimates.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

· Review and interpret architectural drawings to generate shop drawings for various project types and sizes.

· Complete shop drawings in a timely manner and according to our company standards.

· Managing information, maintaining notes, documentation and making sure your questions are answered when needed utilizing our propriety software.

· Manage schedules and priorities while meeting deadlines.

· Independently solve problems in close coordination with members of the project team.

Qualifications:

· Strong knowledge of Revit as a drawing management tool

· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders

· Proficient in MS Office programs

· Bachelors degree in Architecture, Construction Management or related field is a plus.
