Rework Technician

Qualifications:
Education\: High School Diploma or GED required, 2 year technical or industry related degree preferred.
Years of Experience\: 2 or more years of experience required
Additional Requirements\: ASE certification is a plus, ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities:
• Identify root cause of non-conformance and communicate findings to the production line.
• Participate in quality and efficiency improvement activities.
• Complete all assignments according to development schedules, cost objectives and management directions.
• Assure confidentiality and security of sensitive designs, costing, test data, prototype models, and product plans.
• Identify new products and features that improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and keep the production line at the forefront of the industry.
• Disassemble and assemble engines without damaging or losing components.
• Ride and evaluate carts to assess performance.
