Ridgeview is currently accepting applications for faculty positions in Elementary (K–6), Literature, Mathematics, Science, History, Art, Music, Physical and Outdoor Education, Classics, Modern Languages, as well as staff and support roles.

We welcome applications for all positions year-round, as openings become available throughout the year. Teachers are hired based upon their mastery of academic disciplines and ability to convey knowledge to young people. Ridgeview neither requires nor prefers candidates with a teacher certification and would rather solicit applications from individuals who have demonstrated academic mastery in a core subject such as history, mathematics, science, or literature. Teaching experience is preferred but is not essential. Written and oral communication skills, punctuality, a strong work ethic, and collegiality are essential.
