Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor medication administration.


• Order medication.


• Assessments, planning, interventions and evaluations.


• Develop care plans.


• Train/educate staff.


• Assist in developing policies and procedures.


• Health screens/TB skin tests.


• Monitor residents health/status.


• Update MD, families, hospice and therapy.


• Complete incident reports and medication errors.


• Resource for staff.


• Delegate caregivers.

• Monitor and assess psychotropic medications.


• Wound care.


• Fall assessments.


• Skin assessments.


• Evacuation evaluation.


• Satisfaction evaluation.


• Misappropriation of resident funds reporting.
