Salary - $89,000.00 - $130,000.00

Position Overview
The Clinical Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Abdominal (Kidney) Transplant Unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. This leader will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance outcomes, manage resources efficiently, and maintain a supportive environment for staff development.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Supervise the unit's daily functions, ensuring effective resource utilization and adherence to clinical protocols.
Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to promote professional growth and high performance.
Patient Care Oversight: Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, implementing evidence-based practices to improve care delivery.
Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to support the transplant program's goals.
Budget Management: Participate in financial planning, maintaining cost-effective operations while ensuring optimal care quality.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
Licensure: Current RN license in the state of Texas or eligibility to obtain one.
Experience: Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting, preferably in transplant or surgical care.
Education: Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN).
Nice-To-Haves:
Advanced Education: Masters degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Certification: Specialty certifications in transplant or abdominal care.
Experience: Background in kidney transplant care or abdominal surgery units.
