Requirements:

Active RN license

Graduate of accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)

BLS required

Previous infection prevention, employee health, or occupational health experience preferred

Knowledge of CDC guidelines and infection control standards

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Manage employee health services and occupational health programs

Conduct health screenings, immunizations, and exposure follow-up

Monitor and track infectious diseases and reportable conditions

Develop and implement infection prevention policies and protocols

Perform surveillance and audits to ensure compliance

Educate staff on infection control practices and safety standards

Investigate exposures and outbreaks and recommend interventions

Maintain accurate records and regulatory documentation
