RN Home Care

University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Home Care nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes in Livonia and surrounding areas of MI. This role requires a detail-oriented professional committed to improving the health and well-being of individuals by delivering personalized and attentive care in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes according to established care plans.


• Assess patients' health status and develop individualized nursing interventions.


• Monitor and document patient progress and communicate changes to healthcare providers and families.


• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.


• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication adherence, and health maintenance.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.


• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Michigan.


• Previous experience in home health nursing or related clinical experience preferred.


• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.


• Reliable transportation for travel to patient homes within Livonia and surrounding areas.
