Minimum Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Physical Therapist (RPT) with a current and valid Medical License.


• Board Certified/Board Eligible in a relevant clinical specialty.


• Thorough knowledge of clinical practices and home health regulations.


• Working knowledge of medical records management systems.


• General knowledge of pharmaceuticals and their administration.


• Comprehensive knowledge of ethical standards and conduct in healthcare.


• Experience in leadership and management within a healthcare setting.


• Demonstrated ability to apply quality assurance principles.


• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.


• Ability to effectively plan and manage clinical operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in home health clinical management.


• Experience in utilization management and care coordination


• Experience with operations management in a healthcare setting.
