Job Description:

Elitecare Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intermediate Care team in Beloit, WI. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while providing exceptional care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Intermediate Care Unit.
Monitor patient conditions and vital signs, assessing and documenting changes as needed.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications:

Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
Previous experience in Intermediate Care or a similar setting preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Eligibility Requirements:

Must live at least 100 miles away from Beloit, WI, as clients have a non-negotiable 100-mile radius restriction for submission.
