Pay: $2,764.80/week + $2,500 completion bonus per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts)

Position Overview

ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Hendersonville, TN. This position offers competitive weekly pay, a lucrative completion bonus, and comprehensive benefits. The L&D nurse will play a vital role in supporting mothers through the labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum process, while ensuring safe, high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in labor, delivery, and recovery.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs, and operate specialized equipment.

  
  


• 
  

  Administer medications, IVs, and epidurals as ordered.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist physicians and midwives during labor, cesarean sections, and delivery procedures.

  
  


• 
  

  Educate and support patients and families throughout the birthing process.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies and standards.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or compact state eligibility.

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 1–2 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience (travel experience preferred).

  
  


• 
  

  Current certifications: BLS and NRP required (ACLS preferred).

  
  


• 
  

  Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient advocacy skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to perform effectively in high-stress, fast-paced settings.
