What You'll Do

As a Night Shift RN/LPN, you will play an important role in ensuring our patients receive attentive, safe, and compassionate care throughout the night.

• 
  

  Provide nursing care in accordance with each patient's individualized care plan.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor patients and report changes in condition.

  
  


• 
  

  Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within your scope of practice.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate important updates with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.

  
  


• 
  

  Support and collaborate with the nursing team to provide quality patient care.

  
  


• 
  

  Respond to patient needs and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

  Build meaningful relationships with the patients you serve.

  Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Current Tennessee RN or LPN license

  Strong communication and clinical judgment

  Ability to work effectively as part of a team
