Key Responsibilities:

• Drive excellence in nursing practice within the new Acute Care unit.
• Implement evidence-based practices and ensure staff stays updated with industry standards.
• Foster a compassionate and supportive space for staff and patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide seamless, quality care.
• Plan and execute strategies that align with organizational priorities.

What You Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Nursing (required).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Current RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtain within 30 days).
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a commitment to professional growth.
