Requirements:

Active RN license

Graduate of accredited nursing program (BSN required; MSN preferred)

BLS required; ACLS preferred

Previous Med -Surg experience required

Prior leadership or management experience preferred

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the medical -surgical unit

Ensure safe, high -quality patient care and compliance

Manage staffing, scheduling, and staff performance

Monitor patient flow, throughput, and unit efficiency

Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Serve as clinical leader and resource for nursing staff

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Manage budget, supplies, and resource utilization

Support staff education, onboarding, and retention
