• Charge Duties: As required by unit

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Active New York RN License
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Telemetry experience required
• NRP 8th Edition Certification required
• BLS – American Heart Association only

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide specialized nursing care to sick and premature newborns in a Level IV NICU.
• Provide patient-centered care according to established clinical standards.
• Monitor and care for neonates requiring advanced respiratory and cardiac treatment.
• Apply evidence-based practices to neonatal patient care.
• Participate in rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, on-call, and callback as required.
• Perform charge responsibilities as assigned.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support quality patient outcomes.
