RN Responsibilities Include:
✔️ Providing compassionate nursing care to residents
✔️ Administering medications and treatments
✔️ Supervising CNAs and nursing staff
✔️ Communicating with physicians and families
✔️ Maintaining accurate documentation
✔️ Helping create a warm, safe, home-like environment

Qualifications:
✅ Active RN License in SC
✅ Long-term care experience preferred (but not required!)
✅ Strong communication & leadership skills
✅ Compassionate heart and positive attitude
