Requirements:



  • Active RN license

  • Graduate of accredited nursing program (BSN required; MSN preferred)

  • BLS required; ACLS preferred

  • Several years of clinical nursing experience required

  • Prior leadership or management experience preferred

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills




Responsibilities:



  • Oversee daily operations of assigned nursing unit

  • Ensure delivery of safe, high -quality patient care

  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and staff performance

  • Monitor patient flow, outcomes, and quality metrics

  • Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

  • Develop and support staff education and competencies

  • Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership

  • Manage budget, resources, and regulatory compliance
