RN- Operating Room

Job Description

• Candidates must reside at least 100 miles away from Beloit, WI, to be eligible for submission. This is a non-negotiable requirement due to client restrictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• First assist in surgical specialties including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Urology, OB/GYN, Podiatry, ENT, and Facial Plastics.
• Ability to take on-call shifts 2-3 nights per week and every third weekend.
• Flexible scheduling options available, allowing for 4 consecutive days of work followed by a 3-day weekend (Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Friday, Saturday, Sunday) on a rotating basis.
• Expected to contribute to the team by assisting with cleaning, turnover, and scrubbing in when not first assisting.
• Maintain a 20-minute response time for on-call duties.

Work Schedule:

• The position can accommodate either 4-10 hour shifts or 5-8 hour shifts.
• Participation in an alternating schedule with two teams, ensuring coverage every other day and every other weekend.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Previous experience in an operating room setting preferred.
• Strong work ethic and self-starter attitude are highly encouraged.
