Growing ambulatory surgery center

Experienced in Circulation Duties of OR Nurse including but not limited to assembling of case carts, ability to verify patient and review of pertinent information within pre-op area, assures that H&P is current prior to taking patient to OR, practices aseptic technique, positioning of patients, insuring that implants and all equipment needed is available, verbalizing "time out", completion of all required documentation, providing and recording of intra-operative medications, maintaining of operating room supplies. Knowledge of operation, cleaning and sterilzation of surgical equipment. Assisting surgeon and anesthesia personnel, completion of implant book, transferring patient to post-op, gives report to receiving nurse.

Current FL RN License

Current BLS and ACLS

At least 1 year experience as OR Circulator within an ASC and/or outpatient surgery setting preferred.
