What You Will Do: 

• Provides care for patients.


• Utilizes the nursing process.


• Incorporates evidence-based practice into daily patient care.


• Collects data to assist in the assessment of the patient.


• Assists in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.


• Documents patient care.


• Assists in instructing patient/family.


• Assists with discharge planning.


• Communicates with peers, other health team members, patients, and visitors.


• Utilizes guest relations.


• Maintains adaptability.


• Supports unit team.


• Reports problems and assists in resolving them.

What You Will Need: 

• Must possess a current license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse from the State of Ohio.


• Ohio Board of Nursing Certification in Intravenous Therapy.


• Must be currently certified in CPR (and recertified bi-annually).


• Prefer minimum of one year’s experience in pertinent clinical area.  Nurses who do not meet this requirement must obtain experience through competency based orientation (CBO).
