RN Supervisor Concierge Nursing Services

BestLogic Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) on behalf of our client, a leading provider of personalized healthcare services. This role requires a compassionate and professional RN to serve as the first point of contact for families and clients/patients, ensuring the highest quality of care and seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Client Interaction: Meet clients and families in their home settings to assess care needs.
• Care Planning: Develop comprehensive care plans, including nursing and support services tailored to each client's requirements.
• Team Coordination: Determine and manage the appropriate caregiver team to meet client needs, providing ongoing oversight and guidance.
• Daily Support: Be accessible to clients and caregiver teams daily to ensure services are delivered promptly and in full compliance with the clients preferences.
• Travel: Travel throughout the designated territory to support clients and caregivers as needed.

Requirements

• Licensing: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (BSN preferred).
• Experience:
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • Prior home care experience required.
  • Private pay experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Vaccination: COVID-19 vaccination required.
• Travel: Must possess a valid U.S. drivers license and be willing to travel.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients and team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
