What You’ll Bring

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)

Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license:
  • Missouri license or
  • Compact license
• Commitment to maintaining licensure and professional standards

✅ Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support) – required within 30 days of hire

✨ Additional certifications may be required based on role/unit:
ACLS • PALS • TNCC • ENPC • NRP • PEARS • OCN • CPHON • C-EFM • S.T.A.B.L.E.
(We support and encourage specialty certification growth!)

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on role. You’ll need to:

• Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout your shift
• Frequently bend, reach, kneel, and squat
