Rn/Lpn

Responsible for long-term nursing care of assigned residents. Full time Night shift. 

The RN/LPN position assists with coordinating, planning, directing and providing appropriate resident services and other duties assigned by the Director of Nursing.  Welcov is committed to meeting, and when possible, exceeding our residents needs with exceptional care.  RN/LPN must be able to perform all duties in a professional manner and set a positive example for other employees. Responsible for the quality, quantity, accuracy, thoroughness, and reliability of work performed, and for maintaining professional standards required by the job and by regulations in the long-term care industry. Abide by the facility rules and regulations. To provide for the rights of all residents and provide services which will keep residents free from mistreatment. Identify and resolve emergency situations that arise.
