• Thorough knowledge of Case Management functions

• knowledge of resources that are required to contain costs and maintain quality of care for people with a high-cost illness or injury;

• Strong skills in dealing with challenging personalities

• Ability to communicate and work with a team

• Excellent typing and computer skills

• Computer literacy, including with Windows and Microsoft Office 

Requirements

• Active Oregon Nursing license

• Experience with Electronic Medical Records

• 2+ years of Nursing experience

• Active Oregon Nursing license required
• Electronic Medical Record experience a plus
