We’re hiring an experienced refuse technician to join our Service Team. Reporting to the Road Manager, this role offers hands-on technical development and the chance to build lasting relationships with both customers and your team.

What You’ll Do

As an EPG Road Technician, the work you do directly shapes the customer’s experience. Your mission is to deliver outstanding service every time. You’ll handle pre-delivery, DOT inspections, hydraulic, pneumatic repairs, PTO and transfer case service, and advanced diagnostics using truck and body CANBUS systems. The equipment you’ll work on includes:

• Witke, Labrie, Leach - solid waste collection and recycle

What we’re looking for:

We need a technician who’s ready to jump in, take initiative, and deliver high-quality work. You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• 2–3 years of hands-on mechanical experience, preferably with heavy equipment
• A valid driver’s license
• Flexibility and ability to travel to different work locations 
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Sharp attention to detail
• Confidence using computers (email, Excel, Word)
• CDK experience preferred
• A high school diploma
