What Do We Do Here?

Our Conroe Facility produces downhole products for drilling activities in North America.  Our plant has high demand and is operating 24/7 to produce these products for our customers.  To meet the demand for our products, we provide employees with an air-conditioned environment, highly organized and clean 300,000 SQ. ft. fabrication facility, new CNC Machines (Mazak, Mori Sieke, DMG Mori, Weiler, etc.), and a strong safety program designed to ensure our team goes home safe to their families after every shift.

• Design, program, test, and commission industrial robotic systems.

• Develop robot programs using FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa/Motoman, or Universal Robots.

• Configure EOAT, vision systems, sensors, and peripheral equipment.

• Optimize robot cycle times and troubleshoot robotic systems.

• Collaborate with Controls Engineers to integrate robots with PLCs, HMIs, conveyors, and safety systems.

• Provide production support, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

• Manage small-to-medium automation projects and coordinate suppliers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years of industrial robotics experience.
• Experience with industrial robot programming, PLC integration, industrial networking, and manufacturing support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Must be fluent in Chinese

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience in energy equipment or heavy manufacturing.
• Robotic welding, machine vision, collaborative robots, offline simulation software.
• SprutCAM 
• Python or C# experience.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
• Project management experience.
