Roofer

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Roofers for projects located in or around Andover, MA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:      

• Assisting in the installation of flat roofing and sheet metal roofing on service crew and new construction projects
• Operating roofing tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Reading and interpreting project plans and specifications
• Ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
• Work effectively as part of a team on long-term assignments

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a roofer with flat and sheet metal roofing
• OSHA 10 Construction certification required
• Reliable transportation to job site
• Ability to work a full 40-hour week and occasionally overtime as needed
• Punctuality, ability to start work at 6:30 AM
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and work with roofing materials
