Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage roofing projects, from inception to completion, ensuring they meet or exceed quality, safety, and schedule expectations.
• Team Management: Supervise and mentor roofing crews, subcontractors, and field personnel, fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and teamwork.
• Planning and Scheduling: Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely project completion within budgetary constraints.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes, conducting regular inspections and ensuring work meets industry standards.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control expenses, and manage cost-effective solutions to maximize profitability.
• Safety Compliance: Uphold and enforce safety regulations and company policies, creating a secure working environment for all team members.
• Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve project-related issues proactively, making informed decisions to keep projects on track.
• Permitting and Regulations: Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and regulations, securing all necessary approvals for roofing projects.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Superintendent in the roofing industry.
