Your Mission:

• Build and mentor a skilled team of 5-6 roofing specialists
• Drive business growth throughout the Northwest Arkansas metro area
• Implement training programs for both new and experienced professionals
• Oversee project quality, safety standards, and customer satisfaction
• Establish strong community presence and professional networks

Compensation Package:

• Competitive base salary plus 60% commission and a lucrative override structure — high earning potential for the right leader

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in roofing or construction
