Position: Roofing Repair Manager- Lead and manage a team of roof repair technicians while coordinating repair schedules, resolving field issues, inspecting completed work, and maintaining high-quality service for homeowner.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage roof repair technicians and daily field operation
• Schedule roof repairs and handle all issues with homeowners
Requirements:
• Must have residential roofing repair experience
• Proven experience managing or supervising roof repair technicians.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and repairs
• Experience troubleshooting roof leaks
• Quality workmanship and strong customer service skills
