Ridge Valley Exteriors, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team specializing in roofing and gutters. With offices in Marco Island and Bradenton, FL, Kennesaw, GA, and Raleigh, NC, we provide a comprehensive range of roofing and gutter services tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
**Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):**
- Engage in door-to-door sales to generate leads and build customer relationships.
- Conduct roof inspections to assess customer needs and recommend solutions.
- Actively prospect and present Ridge Valley Exteriors' services to drive new business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients throughout the sales process.
- Attend training sessions to become a Certified Roof Top Expert, thoroughly learning our products and services.
- Positively contribute to the Ridge Valley Exteriors team culture, collaborating with team members to achieve business objectives.
- Be present onsite during installation to provide customer service, reviewing details with customers, checking in, and closing out projects upon completion.
**Ideal Candidate Should Possess:**
- A positive and outgoing personality that thrives in a customer-centric environment.
- A strong drive and motivation to work hard and achieve sales victories.
- A willingness to reflect and learn in the sales process.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and building trust.
- Availability to work five days a week, with Saturdays being the most productive and rewarding.
- Willingness to conduct roof inspections and engage in door-to-door sales efforts (training provided).
- The ability to set up ladders, climb on roofs, work at heights, climb into attics, lift 50 lbs, and work in various weather conditions year-round.
- Roofing sales experience is a plus but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Ability to pass a background check for employment.
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- An iPad, laptop, and smartphone to get started.

- 100% commission-based; first-year potential: $75,000 to $125,000.
