Roofing Superintendent

We are currently seeking an experienced commercial Roofing Superintendent for our Jeffersonville, IN office.

CentiMark Corporation is the nation's largest commercial and industrial roofing contractor with 100 locations and over 3,500 employees. This position is paying $30/hr - $40/hr, based on experience.

Job Summary:

• Supervise multiple production/service crews
• Planning and executing a successful project
• Work closely with the Branch Manager and Warehouse Manager in ordering commercial roofing materials for projects
• Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site
• Daily communications with the customer and employees
• Planning jobs for labor crews
• Responsible for doing pre-job & post-job inspections
• Responsible for maintaining and managing job paperwork

Candidate Qualifications:

• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required
• 3+ years experience in Project Management or Field Supervision
• MUST have experience in commercial roofing
• Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership, management and project management skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Computer and Microsoft Office Skills
• Capability of reading blueprints and understanding them is a plus
