Route Helper / Laborer

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with the loading and unloading of products
• Ensure accurate delivery of goods to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the delivery vehicle
• Communicate effectively with drivers and team members
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while on the job
• Participate in maintaining inventory and documentation as needed

• Previous experience in delivery, labor, or warehouse roles preferred
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Strong communication skills and great attention to detail
• Dependable, responsible, and able to work as part of a team
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and complete tasks efficiently
• Flexibility to work overtime or varied shifts as needed
