Route Manager

Pay Rate: $52k Salary + Weekly Performance Bonuses up to $700 

Responsibilities
• Dispatch crews and ensure correct equipment is sent to job sites
• Inspect work and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Monitor route efficiency and optimize schedules
• Reconcile work, routes, and billing daily and weekly
• Assist with HR activities such as hiring, training, and reviews
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are prepared and maintained
• Respond to operational problems, emergencies, and customer complaints

Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Experience in route management or field supervision
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with scheduling and billing workflows
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
