Route Sales and Service Driver

Ruckersville, VA | Full-Time | Local Route, Home Every Night
Pay: $46,000–$55,000 per year, base plus commission

Virginia Linen Service is hiring a Route Sales and Service Driver to run an established route serving restaurant, hospitality, and healthcare customers in the Ruckersville and Charlottesville area. You deliver the product, get to know the people you serve, and earn commission when you grow an account. Home every night, no overnight hauls.

What You'll Do

• Run your own established route, picking up and delivering textile and disposable products


• Build steady relationships so customers know you and count on you


• Add products and services to existing accounts and earn commission on what you sell


• Load, unload, push, and pull product, lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the day


• Plan and manage your own day, working independently for most of your shift

What You Need

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (you'll drive a company vehicle)


• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and reach, squat, and bend in all kinds of weather


• Dependable, on time, and able to start early in the morning


• Comfortable with friendly, consultative selling. No pushy tactics needed


• Route or delivery experience is a plus but not required. We'll train the right person
