Ruby on Rails experience  - 5+ years,  JSON,  RESTful APIs,  Resque or Sidekiq is a plus, SOAP
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills
•    Experience in API design
•    Detail oriented
•    Experience with architecture design is a plus
•    Experience working within an Agile development methodology
