As a Housekeeping Runner, you play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service. You support both guests and team members by promptly delivering requested amenities to guest rooms and providing Guest Room Attendants with the supplies they need to perform their duties efficiently. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness help maintain a welcoming, well-organized environment throughout the property.
Job Description:
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
- Deliver requested guest amenities such as towels, toiletries, rollaway beds, cribs, and small appliances
- Support Guest Room Attendants (GRAs) by supplying linens, cleaning products, and equipment throughout the day
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas including walkways, stairwells, locker rooms, elevators, and walls
- Handle soiled linens and trash removal, ensuring GRAs’ carts are emptied multiple times per shift
- Ensure guest and team member safety by using appropriate signage for wet or hazardous conditions
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3 months of experience in housekeeping, facilities, or guest service experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
- Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States
