Requirements

This position requires the following:

• Prior experience in a high-volume, fast paced environment
• Confident and highly social personality
• Greeting and welcoming guests
• Delivering food from expo line to guests at bar and tables
• Ability to move quickly and efficiently
• Knowledge of all food and beverage items
• Ensuring dining room stays clean: floors swept, tables/chairs/furniture wiped down
• Understanding of dining room stations
• Supporting service staff
• Ability to communicate well with others
• Team oriented attitude
• Other duties as assigned by management team
