About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, dependable Runner to help us keep a portfolio of vacation homes in the greater Tucson area guest-ready, well-maintained, and meeting Company standards.  This role will support operations by preparing homes for guest check-in and check-out, assisting housekeeping and maintenance, and ensuring properties meet Company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the operations team in preparing homes for guest arrivals and departures, ensuring properties are clean, stocked, and guest-ready.


• Travel between properties to deliver supplies, assist guests, run errands, and provide operational support as needed.


• Order, maintain, and replenish maintenance and operational supplies, keeping inventory organized and available.


• Complete basic maintenance tasks within homes, including appliance, cable, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting, hot tub cleaning, and light repairs such as replacing bulbs.


• Support housekeeping by assisting with cleans, maintaining standard unit appearance, providing cross-coverage for team members, and foster collaborative relationships with regional teams and management.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to switch tasks frequently without losing momentum.


• Strong inter-personal and problem-solving skills needed to assist guests when needed.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional in email, phone, video, and text.


• Hands-on and dependable; able to handle basic maintenance or troubleshooting tasks.


• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation for travel between properties.


• Familiar with Tucson area.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.


• Frequent travel between worksites; reliable personal transportation required.


• Work may take place indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions.


• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.


• Reach overhead and below the waist.


• Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.


• Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist as needed to perform property maintenance tasks.
