Lead, motivate, and develop a successful sales team while creating an exceptional experience for every customer.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have sales leadership or dealership management experience

F&I Manager | $120,000–$150,000

Help customers complete their RV purchase by presenting financing options, protection products, and other solutions that enhance the ownership experience.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have automotive, RV, powersports, or dealership F&I experience


• Are confident explaining financial products and closing transactions


• Can balance strong sales performance with accuracy and compliance


• Build trust easily and deliver an outstanding customer experience

Office Manager | $45,000–$55,000

Support the dealership’s daily business operations, including administrative processes, financial documentation, reporting, and coordination across departments.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have office management, dealership accounting, or administrative experience


• Are highly organized and attentive to detail


• Can manage multiple priorities and deadlines


• Enjoy supporting a team and keeping operations running smoothly

Sales Associates – 3–4 Openings | $50,000–$75,000

Guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases they’ll make—an RV that helps them create lasting memories and new adventures.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have a background in sales, hospitality, customer service, or another people-focused role


• Are outgoing, motivated, and comfortable connecting with customers


• Have strong phone skills and are confident making calls, following up with leads, and building relationships


• Have an active social media presence and are comfortable using social platforms to engage potential customers, showcase inventory, and generate interest


• Enjoy working toward goals in a commission-based environment


• Are comfortable using email and CRM tools to manage and follow up with customers


• Have a passion for helping people find the right solution

RV Technicians – 3–4 Openings | $50,000–$75,000

Diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems to help our customers stay safe and ready for their next adventure.

• Have experience in RV, automotive, diesel, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, construction, or general repair


• Enjoy troubleshooting and working with your hands


• Take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work

Lot Porter | $30,000–$40,000

Help keep our dealership organized, safe, and customer-ready by moving RVs, maintaining the lot, and assisting with day-to-day dealership operations.

• Enjoy active, outdoor work


• Forklift or heavy equipment operator experience a plus


• Dependable and willing to help wherever needed


• Can safely move, park, and organize large units


• A strong attention to safety

Detailer | $30,000–$35,000
