As a Sales Associate with Blue Compass RV, you'll help customers discover the RV lifestyle while guiding them through one of the most exciting purchases they'll ever make. No RV experience? No problem! We provide the training, tools, and support needed to help you succeed.

Ideal Backgrounds for This Role - We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping customers and delivering exceptional experiences. Previous experience in any of the following areas is highly transferable:
