The ideal candidate for this role is a driven salesperson and leader. They thrive as a hunter, relishing in prospecting, consulting, and aligning prospects with tailored solutions to enhance their business through online marketing and mixed media.

This individual will be participating in the complete sales cycle of inbound and outbound sales. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with swift networking abilities and self-motivation, define this candidate.

Responsibilities include lead prospecting, professional outreach via phone and email, appointment booking for consultations, conducting online demonstrations, and negotiating pricing proposals.

This is a hybrid position based in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, dependable, and technologically adept. Previous experience in internet marketing and B2B sales is essential.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry sales experience.


• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.


• Ability to utilize or quickly learn various online platforms: Google Drive, Google Hangouts, Gong, Salesforce, basic Excel, and word processing.


• Experience or strong interest in internet marketing, advertising, SEO, SaaS, and mixed media.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of selling software-as-a-service into strategic/enterprise accounts, preferably in the medical or eye care vertical.


• Displayed proficiency in creative prospecting, discovery, demo, objection handling, planning, and closing skills.


• Adopt a consultative approach with prospective and existing customers to guide them in selecting an online marketing and mixed media strategy aligned with their business objectives.


• Ability to execute a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.


• Uphold high standards of character and work ethic.


• Experience or strong interest in internet marketing, advertising, SEO, SaaS, and mixed media.


• Competitive spirit and a clear drive for results.


• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.


• Strongly preferred experience in the Eye Care industry.

This position offers a base salary plus commission. OTE $100K+.
