Job Order: Safety Representative / Runner

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Location: Baytown, TX

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and professional Safety Representative who can support daily safety operations and also assist with errands as needed for the ownership team. The ideal candidate must have safety experience, be bilingual, work well as part of a team, and report directly to the Safety Coordinator.

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications

• Safety experience (industrial or manufacturing environment preferred)
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Must have PPE (steel‑toe boots, safety glasses, etc.)
• Must be available to run errands for ownership as needed
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to follow directions and support the Safety Coordinator
• Reliable, professional, and able to multitask
• Osha 30

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily safety checks and compliance tasks
• Support safety orientations and training sessions
• Maintain safety documentation and reports
• Communicate safety expectations to employees
• Assist with incident reporting and follow-up
• Run errands for ownership as needed (must have reliable transportation)
• Perform additional duties as assigned
